Amendment 0002:� The purpose of this amendment is to:� A. Clarify the previous requirement of contractor ""headquarters"" being required to be located in one of the following five states: North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee or Virginia. This requirement is now changed to: ""Contractors are required to be headquartered and/or have a satellite office in one of the following five states: North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, Virgina or neighboring states."" B. Provide ""Questions & Answers"" received thus far and at the pre-bid site visit.
