Description

HMIS seeks a Subcontractor to perform upgrades and repair of the Hanford Patrol headquarters grounds located in the 200 East area. The work will include removal of irrigation valves, landscaping, installation of� a new parking lot area, and removal and replacement of failed asphalt sections in two existing parking lots.� The project location is southwest corner of 4th street and TT-9 Rd intersection. This includes the two south facing parking lots (Herein referred to as �Existing parking areas�) and landscape around buildings 2721E, 2720EA, and 2727E. This Solicitation is subject to the following due dates: Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference/Job Walk: 8:00 A.M. PST on 09/14/2023. Question/Comments regarding the solicitation due: 3:00 P.M.
