Description

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the High Accuracy Detection and Exploitation System (HADES) Integration. This requirement is anticipated to be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a Period of Performance (PoP) of twelve years, to include a five-year base and seven 12-month ordering periods. The total estimated value of the HADES Integration is $991,278,818. This acquisition will utilize a multi-phased Evaluation Approach. The first phase (Phase 1) will consist of the Phase 1 proposal, as defined in Section L, which will be assessed as the entry gate criteria based on the contractor�s ability to meet the security requirements for this acquisition. Each offeror�s Phase 1 proposal will be given an Acceptable/Unacceptable assessment. The initial limited proposal will only address the gateway criteria.� If an offeror�s initial proposal is assessed as Acceptable in the Phase 1 evaluation, then the offeror will be invited by the Contracting Officer to submit a proposal for the second phase (Phase 2), as defined in Section L.� In Phase 2, the Contractor shall submit a proposal for all factors, excluding the Security Compliance entry gate criteria included in Phase 1 RFP and proposal submission. -------------- On page 113 and 114 of the RFP, the correct due dates for Phase 1 and Phase 2 are 7 September 2023 and 9 October 2023 respectively.
