Description

The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is a component of the Department of the Treasury that designs, engraves, and prints U.S. banknote currency and other U.S. security products. In support of these operations at BEP�s District Currency Facility (DCF), the BEP has a need for a new Differential Scanning Calorimeter- Photocalorimeter Accessory (DSC-PCA). The Office of Quality Operations (OQO) seeks to acquire a new DSC-PCA system to support quality assurance testing of BEP manufactured and vendor supplied screen printing inks/materials. The DSC-PCA system will be used to perform thermal analysis of ink/materials used in currency manufacturing and develop new methods associated with the analysis of Ultraviolet (UV) curable inks/materials. **DISCLAIMER** �Amendments, if/when issued will be posted on SAM.Gov.
