Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commodity prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate Request for Proposal (RFP) will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA301623Q0134 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04 and DFARS change notice 08/17/2023. This purchase is being solicited as full and open competition to SAM.gov. This NAICS code is 611512 (Flight Training). This requirement is for Prepar3d Profession Plus (brand name only) as stated below. Prepar3d Profession Plus NAICS 611512 (Quotes shall be effective for 60 days after solicitation due date 13 September 2023) Please respond to this RFQ by emailing both contacts with your responses to: 2d Lt Kamary Williams (Primary Contact) at kamary.williams@us.af.mil or Aisha Adams at aisha.adams@us.af.mil no later than 9:00 A.M. CST, 13 September 2023 - Wednesday (or sooner if possible) in order to be considered timely. Any and all questions will be due by 10:00 A.M. CST 11 September 2023 - Monday. Any quote, modification, revision, or withdrawal of a quote received after the exact time specified in this solicitation shall be determined as late and will not be considered unless received before award is made, the Contracting Officer determines that accepting the late quote would not unduly delay the acquisition, and it was the only quote received. The contractor must submit a specification sheet and pictures with their quote. **Only the three lowest quotes deemed technically acceptable will be considered for evaluation for award** (Please provide a quote for the line items listed below. Failure to quote on all CLINs will render the quote unacceptable and ineligible for award consideration in the absence of discussions. In addition to providing a quote, follow all instructions in accordance with 52.212-1, 52.212-2 and coordinating addendums)
