Description: The objective of this Sources Sought is to identify potential entities that are qualified and capable of meeting the project objective. The project objective is to identify and retain subcontractors that have retrofit and relevant technical capabilities with multifamily or manufactured home retrofits, data collection in the field, troubleshooting technical challenges, and pilot implementation and evaluation and demonstrations for commercially available weatherization technologies, processes, or approaches that are underutilized in the WAP and can be scaled.
