Description

� �The United States Air Force intends to issue a Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order to a single source, Hatch, Inc., 301 N Main St STE 101, Winston Salem, North Carolina, 27101-3853 (UEI: NHHNX7VWLL65)(Cage: 0JM78), under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) on or about 14 September 2023. � �This requirement is for purchase/delivery of six (6) Hatch Ignite, all-in-one Pre-K computer learning centers with extended 2-year warranty; nine (9) Hatch Ignite 102s tablets with extended 2-year warranty; 125 Hatch Ignite PreK subscriptions; 15 headphones, and one (1) Hatch Ignite Essentials package.� As all items are part of a proprietary system designed/distributed exclusively by Hatch, Inc., there are no other distributors/sellers of this requirement.� See the attached J&A for 'single-source' justification. � �This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, or quotation, which shall be considered by the Government. The Government will consider responses received by the deadline set in this notice. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a full and open competitive procurement or a small business set aside competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information, or quotes, received in response to this announcement. Please see the attached combined synopsis/solicitation for full requirements of�this acquisition. � �If the Government decides to compete this requirement, a solicitation shall be issued utilizing the combined synopsis/solicitation procedures identified in FAR 12.603. � �A determination not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
