- Description
- This is a Notice of Intent for the propose of this contract is to combine the individual corporate experience and capabilities to provide Security Assessment and Authorization services to the National Institute on Deafness and Communication Disorders (NIDCD).� The Brand Name services are made up of strong analytical, solution-oriented, and resourceful cybersecurity professionals with over 20+ years experience within the National Institute of Health (NIH) conducting Security Assessment and Authorization (SA&A), project management, and information assurance.� This is a Sole Source experience spans across supporting several Institutes and Centers (ICs) including the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA), National Institute on Nursing Research (NINR), Fogarty International Center (FIC), Electronic Research Administration (eRA), National Institute on Deafness and Communication Disorders (NIDCD) and NIH Business System (NBS).� The Sole Source provider has served in a variety of roles with a primary focus on security assessment and authorization, risk management, project management all while ensuring the highest quality of customer service.� While supporting various contracts at NIH the team has served as Subject Matter Experts (SME) to the agency�s CIO, ISSO and Privacy Officer to ensure information systems were meeting FISMA and regulatory compliance.� As a result in working with NIH the sole source company has led several security control assessments to identify security concerns to remediate which result to an Authorization to Operate (ATO) for the system.� Being well-knowledgeable of the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools NSAT and newly introduced CSAM, have provided ad hoc in-person trainings to new security staff across the NIH ICs, and frequently performed NIH-wide data analysis and reporting for NIH IT leadership.��
