Description

This pre-solicitation notice is to inform that Buffalo VA Medical Center, New York will be posting a solicitation on or about September 22, 2023, the scope of this project is the construction contractor will adhere to the prescribed construction package to carry out site preparation for building a new dental exam room by remodeling existing storage room (116-B) and remodeling two existing storage rooms (136-B, 137-B), also is to correct the issue in the electrical risers #61 and #81, last is to replace 8 existing x-ray units. the Buffalo VAMC requires a Contractor to perform construction work necessary to accomplish this goal. This includes demolition and construction of buildings systems, equipment and finishes within a hospital, neighboring active procedure rooms. All located at the Buffalo VA Medical Center., Project No. 528-22-127. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses . The NAICS code is 236220. The small business standard is $39.5 M. The cost range is $500,000- $1,000,000. Information regarding the one and only site visit scheduled will be stated in the Solicitation. A 20% Bid Bond must be submitted with the bid. Performance and Payment bonds will be required.
