Description

The U.S. Embassy Hanoi, Vietnam will issue a solicitation for procurement of 09 (nine) Sport Utility Vehicles (SUV) in support the activities of its Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA), Detachment 2 in Vietnam. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals. This opportunity is subject to 52.229-12 - Tax on Certain Foreign Procurements (FEB 2021) Electronic Submission/Responses: This opportunity allows for electronic responses.
