Description

The U.S. Department of Labor, Mine Safety & Health Administration, Approval & Certification Center's Deisel Laboratory is in need of a Combustion Air Handling Unit.� The place of performance will be Triadelphia, West Virginia.�� This is a combined synopsis/solicitation�for�commercial products�prepared in accordance with the format in�subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only�solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written�solicitation�will not be issued.�� (ii)�The attached�solicitation,�1605C4-23-Q-00081, is a�request for quotation (RFQ).�� (iii) The�solicitation�document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal�Acquisition�Circular FAC 2023-05. (iv)�This requirement is unrestricted and the associated NAICS code is 333415, Air Conditioning and Warm Air Heating Equipment and Commercial and Industrial Refrigeration Equipment, with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees.� Please thoroughly read the attached Request for Quotation and Performance Work Statement to fully understand the scope of the project.� Any questions are due to Contract Specialist Rhonda Sizemore, in writing via email, by Monday, September 11, 2023 at 12:00 noon.� Answers to all questions received will be posted on Contract Opportunites.� The quote deadline is Friday, September 15, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. ET.��
