- DoD Libraries wants use the Knowledge-Based APIs for customer usage. The Language must have full integrated access to the knowledgebase. Customers can use the APIs to implement custom functionality, and immediately deployed. Must be able to provide 4 monthly newsletters with a 12-month archive Product Characteristics an Equal Item Must Meet to Be Considered: Must be able to provide daily articles published and archived covering market updates, personal finance/retirement, in-depth fund, stock, etf analyst reports, and college savings plans. Needs to be able to provide daily videos published and archived videos covering market updates, personal finance/retirement, college savings plans. Needs to be able provide basic to advanced courses for Stocks, Funds, Portfolios and Bonds. Quiz at the end of each level to test knowledge. Must be able to provide a Summary Box API returns configurable, pre-generated boxes that summarize a knowledge for a subject. It is designed to provide a simple starting point for exploration of general topics such as countries, chemicals, dates or people. This process involves using lookups to determine the path for each summary box. Must be able to provide a Simple API generates full output in a universally viewable image format. This API makes it easy to translate free-form linguistic queries into in-depth, formatted results for users with little coding effort. Must be able to provide an Instant Calculators API that allows quick access to interactive form interfaces for calculating different values from common formulas. This process involves using lookups to determine the correct attributes for a particular formula and the Full Results API to represent and alter the possible states of a formula. Must be able to provide a Short Answers API that returns a single plain text result directly. In general, this text is taken directly from the result pod of output. This API type should deliver brief answers in the most basic format possible. Must be able to provide a Conversational API that get results optimized for back-and-forth dialog. The Conversational API should return a text result phrased in full sentence form, along with a token for making a related follow-up query. This API provides an easy interface for personal assistants, reference apps and other situations that call for a continuous dialog. APIs must have been implemented in a standard REST protocol using HTTP GET requests. Because this API is designed to return individual results, queries may fail if no concise result can be found. Although the majority of data available through the Alpha website is also available through this API, certain subjects may be restricted by default. Must be able to interface with all 4 service branch library and Military OneSource websites using industry standard authentication methods to ensure only eligible patrons can access resources from any internet connected computer browsers and mobile devices. Must work with contract POC to establish authentication methods to provide optimal accessibility for all eligible patrons. Security between the Website and server must be Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.3 Must be able to supply or allow retrieval of database usage statistics by Branch of Service (Air Force, Army, Marine Corps, Military OneSource/Other, and Navy) Must have HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS) with long duration deployed on the servers to mitigate/prevent man-in-the-middle attacks Website certificates should be RSA 2048-bits (SHA256withRSA) Must be able to interface with the Air Force Portal, Army Knowledge Online (AKO), Marine Corps, Military OneSource, and Navy Digital Library (NDL) and the DoD Library Service Platform
