Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19 is issuing this source sought notice as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in, and the resources to support a requirement for Roman Catholic Priest Services for the Eastern Colorado Health Care System (ECHCS) located at 1700 N. Wheeling Street, Aurora CO, 80045. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 813110. This is a request for information and sources only, which may or may not lead to a future solicitation! This is not a solicitation. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. Roman Catholic Priest Requirement located at VA Eastern Colorado Health Care System (ECHCS) Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center (RMR VAMC), located at 1700 N. Wheeling Street, Aurora, CO 80045. Also, serving at the Pueblo CLC, Colorado Springs Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC), other CBOCS, National Cemeteries or VA Facilities, community event locations and via telehealth (audio and/or video) as assigned by the Chief of Chaplain Service. The contractors shall provide Catholic specific religious, spiritual, moral, and ethical counsel, training, and ritual individually or in group settings while ministering to Veterans and their families. BASED ON THE RESPONSES TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE, THIS REQUIREMENT MAY BE SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS PROGRAMS OR PROCURED THROUGH FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION.
