The contractor will complete the work as stated above. The contractor will schedule the service with the facilities manager. The contractor shall schedule the replacement of each mat on a weekly schedule during the months of November through April. The contractor shall replace each floor mat every 2 weeks during the months of May through October. The total number of onsite visits shall be 39. B. Contract shall provide rental on the following mat sizes: (12)-3'x5', (4)-3'xl0', (12)-4'x6', and (12)-4'x8'. C. The color of the mats shall be honeycomb. D. An invoice shall be submitted to the Facility Manager after each service. Period of Performance�(POP) Base Year plus up to 4 one year options.
