- INTRODUCTION The Naval Air Warfare Center- Aircraft Division (NAWC-AD) at Patuxent River, MD announces its intention to solicit and negotiate a firm fixed-price (FFP) purchase order for the F-35 Integrated Test Force (ITF) at NAS Patuxent River, MD. The ITF has a requirement to remove and replace the existing (minimum one (1) Load Bank) UPS batteries, fans, capacitors, cabling as required to fully install and configure a new UPS system into the building 2780 Mechanical Room. Under the authority of FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13.� This announcement is a Request for Quote (RFQ). ELIGIBILITY This requirement is being synopsized as an unrestricted acquisition under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 335999, size standard 600. PSC code 6150.� All interested businesses are encouraged to respond.� Specifically, the Government is evaluating the possibility of establishing this requirement as a Small Business/Other Socio-Economic Set-Aside. ****NOTE: The required fill-in provisions 52.204-24 and 52.204-26 attached to this post must be filled in and returned with your quote to be considered for award. **** REQUIREMENTS Please see attached Solicitation for specifications. ANTICIPATED DELIVERY DATE/PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE The Contractor shall deliver all completed work NLT 09/30/2024 SUBMITTAL INFORMATION Technical acceptability will be determined solely on the content and merit of the information submitted in response to this synopsis/solicitation. Therefore, it is incumbent on the Offeror to provide sufficient technical literature, documentation, etc. in order for the Government to make an adequate technical assessment of the proposal.� The Government will award on a lowest priced - technically acceptable basis. � Your quote will only be evaluated on the information you provide in accordance with the attached Statement of Work.� This is firm-fixed price procurement; therefore, the Offeror's initial offer should contain the Offeror's best terms from a price and technical standpoint.
