Description

The purpose of Amendment 0001 is as follows (all changes are highlighted in green): 1) Changed Line Items 0006, 1006, 2006, 3006, and 4006 from 1 JB to 5 JB. 2) Changed Line Items 0005, 1005, 2005, 3005, and 4005 from 10 JB to 5 JB. 3) Post Technical Questions and Answers. 4) Update Statement of Work based upon Questions and Answers. 5) Update E.3 ADDENDUM to FAR 52.212-1 INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS - COMMERCIAL ITEMS 6) Updated E.4 ADDENDUM to 52.212-2 EVALUATION COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS AND COMMERCIAL SERVICES 7) Offerors shall use Amendment 0001 to submit pricing data. 8) All other Terms and Conditions are unchanged. Award will be made to the offeror proposing the combination most advantageous and best value to the Government based upon an integrated assessment of the evaluation factors described below. The Evaluation Factors are listed in descending order of importance with Factor 1 (Technical), with 3 subfactors; capability, standard service plan and service/emergency call plan. Technical proposal is the most important, Factor 2 (Experience) of slightly less importance, and Factor 3 (Price). The Technical and Past Performance factors, when combined, are more important than the Price Factor; however, the Price Factor will contribute substantially to the selection decision.
