- AMENDMENT A001 The above referenced solicitation is hereby amended to respond to a question submitted.� The due date and time for quotations remains unchanged. QUESTION: �Is this the government willing to do a partial payment arrangement for task 2? RESPONSE: Yes. The Goverment is willing to negotiate a deliverable based payment schedule with the� successful quoter.� � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � The�following terms will apply to the payment schedule: (1) The Government cannot pay more than 15% up front;� � � � � � � � � � � � � � � (2) All payments will be deliverable based; and (3) A larger percentage will be held until all work is complete.� � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � END OF AMENDMENT A001 The Contractor shall provide meeting support, sleeping rooms, meeting room space, audio visual equipment, and internet service, for the Organization of Scientific Area Committees (OSAC)event titled, �Team A: Digital/Multimedia SAC, Scene Examination SAC, Chemistry: Toxicology/Seized Drugs SAC, and Resource Task Groups,� currently planned for April 2024. � All work shall be completed in accordance with the statement of work included herein. Reference the attached documents for all solicitaiton requirements.�
