- Modification 3- September 12, 2023 This is Modification 3 to the Solicitation Announcement entitled Safety and Mission Assurance Engineering Contract III (SMAEC III) 80JSC023R0008, which was posted on August 16, 2023.��You are notified that the following change is made: �Amendment 2� to the SMAEC III Final RFP is posted in the ""Attachments"" section. The due date for proposals is extended from September 15, 2023 to September 25, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. Central Time. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of any amendments to this solicitation and for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments (if any). _____________________________________________________________________ Modification 2- September 07, 2023 This is Modification 2 to the Solicitation Announcement entitled Safety and Mission Assurance Engineering Contract III (SMAEC III) 80JSC023R0008, which was posted on August 16, 2023.��You are notified that the following change is made: �Amendment 1� to the SMAEC III Final RFP is posted in the ""Attachments"" section. The due date for proposals is not extended as a result of this modification. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of any amendments to this solicitation and for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments (if any). ______________________________________________________________________ Modification 1- August 18, 2023 This is Modification 1 to the Solicitation Announcement Safety and Mission Assurance Engineering Contract III (SMAEC III), 80JSC023R0008, which was posted on August 16, 2023.��You are notified that the following change is made: the SMAEC III Pre-Proposal Conference Charts and Bulletin Cost Charts are posted in the ""Attachments"" section and the date of the Pre-Proposal Conference (Virtual) is changed from Monday, August 21, 2023 to Tuesday, August 22, 2023 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. CST. The due date for proposals is not extended as a result of this modification. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of any amendments to this solicitation and for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments (if any). ___________________________________________________________________________ NASA/Johnson Space Center�is issuing�a solicitation for�the Safety and Mission Assurance Engineering Contract III (SMAEC III), 80JSC023R0008. You are notified of the following: Proposals are due�no later than�September 15, 2023,�at 1:30�p.m. CST.� Questions regarding this solicitation are due to the Contracting Officer�no later than�August 30, 2023, at 1:30�p.m. CST. Questions shall be submitted using the Template for Submission of Comments in the �Attachments� section below. Proposal Volume II, Past Performance, is requested early, as soon as August 30, 2023, but is not officially due until the proposal submittal date. The Request for Proposal and Technical Library have been posted in the ""Attachments"" section below.� This RFP and associated documents supersede the Draft RFP in its entirety.� �Any additional documents will be available on www.sam.gov. If you have not accessed the Technical Library before, please complete the Technical Library Request Form in the ""Attachments"" section below�prior�to submitting a request via sam.gov. The Pre-Proposal Conference (virtual) for this solicitation is anticipated to be held on Monday, August 21, 2023, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. CST. Attendance at the pre-proposal conference is recommended; however, attendance is neither required nor a prerequisite for proposal submission.�No recordings of any kind are permitted. Participation is limited to a total of four (4) individuals from each company/team. Please RSVP for the Pre-Proposal Conference by Friday, August 18, 2023, 3:30 PM CST by sending an email to the following address: jsc-SMAEC3@mail.nasa.gov.� The RSVP email must include the following: Company name, address, and SAM Unique Entity ID Please provide names and position descriptions of the four attendees, as well as contact information. Indication of your company�s wish to be added to the Interested Parties list, which will be publicly available on the SMAEC III website.�� Please email any questions regarding this posting to jsc-SMAEC3@mail.nasa.gov.� For any questions submitted during the Pre-Proposal Conference, the Government will officially respond to all questions by posting responses to SAM.gov and the SMAEC III website.� Note: Questions pertaining to the Pre-Proposal Conference content will be accepted via email through Wednesday August 23, 2023. A confirmation email will be sent to acknowledge your reservation(s) and provide further instructions.
