Please acknowledge the Amendment with your quote submission.� Contractor shall provide B210 Roof Repair and B222 Roof and Sheetrock Repair. SEE ATTACHED RFQ.� Please read carefully: Contractors please read 6.1 Quote Submission and 6.2 Basis of Award carefully. Ensure certificate under VAAR 852.219-75 is signed and submitted with quote. Site Visit: A site visit is scheduled for 8 Sept 2023 at 9:00 PDT, at building 228 conference room (must check in at building 229, follow hallway straight down to building 228 conference room). Vendors that plan to attend shall notify Danielle Carrico, danielle.carrico@va.gov by 7 Sept 2023 NLT 9:00am PDT. If no attendees are received, the site visit will be cancelled. Site attendance is not required to submit a quote. Questions: Due by 9:00am PDT 9 Sept 2023. Any questions received after this deadline may not be answered. This is a 100% SDVOSB set-aside, NAICS 236220, Commercial and Institutional Bldg Construction, $45M Size Standard. Magnitude of Project: Between $25,000 and $100,000.
