Description

Your quotation must be submitted in e-mail to Ankara-GSO-Procurement-DL@state.gov on or before 1500 hours on�September 14th,�2023, Thursday. No quotation will be accepted after this date. In order for a quotation to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following: Standard Form 18 including?V. Pricing Section. Signed copy of solicitation amendments (if any). Filled-out specification and compliance table provided in RFQ item III. Specifications For the proposals above $30,000.00, proof showing that Systems Award Management Registry, Unique Entity ID and NCAGE numbers were completed. Depending on offeror�s legal entity, distributorship certificate, authorized re-seller certificate and/or sub-contracting agreement. Datasheets and catalogues of the proposed LED Video Wall Display. Confirmation of minimum 2-year warranty for the equipment. Commitment letter certifying on-site service response within 72 hours on workdays. Filled, signed and company sealed NDAA 889 Compliance document in Attachment 1. Direct any questions regarding this solicitation to Ankara-GSO-Procurement-DL@state.gov until 1500 hours on September 11th, 2023, Monday.
