- N0016423R3015 � NON-PERSONAL OPERATIONS AND FIELD SUPPORT TO THE MARITIME ELECTROMAGNETIC WARFARE DIVISION- PSC J020 - NAICS 541330 Issue Date: 13 September 2023 This is notification of Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division (NSWC-CR), Crane, IN, intent to consolidate the tasking associated to operations and field support services requirements currently being procured under Task Orders (TO�s) N0016418F3006 and N0016418F3007. ��Tasking under TOs N0016418F3006 and N0016418F3007 not associated to operation and field support services, are being procured through other task aligned contract vehicles.� Task Order No. N00178-04-D-4119/N0016418F3006. This task order provides operation and field support services for fielded AN/SLQ-32(V)6 and beyond, along with AOEW and SLQ-59 systems. � Task Order No. N00178-04-D-4146/N0016418F3007. This task order provides operation and field support for Program Executive Office IWS 2, Legacy SLQ-32, NULKA, MK-53, MK-59, and MK-234. This consolidation requirement will be competed as a small-business set-aside under the SeaPort NxG Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The requirement will consist of approximately 724,730 labor hours over the life of the TO. The Period of Performance (PoP) applicable to the subject procurement will be a one (1) year base and four (4) one year options. NSWC-CR has determined that measurably substantial benefits are expected to be derived as a result of the bundling as defined at FAR 7.107. The expected benefits of this bundling action are listed in FAR 7.107-3 and summarized below: 1) Quality improvements that will save time or improve or enhance performance or efficiency 2) Reduction in acquisition cycle times
