Description

AMENDMENT 4: This RFQ has been amended to revise the PWS seeding requirements and to update the Schedule of Items (RFQ Attachment , and to extend the bids due date to 19 September 2023 at 10am PST. All other terms and conditions remain the same. AMENDMENT 3: This RFQ has been amended to revise the PWS to remove any reference to mulcing and to provide Q&A. All other terms and conditions remain the same. AMENDMENT 2: This RFQ has been amended to extended offer due date to 13 September and to add Seed Contract Map. All other terms and conditions remain the same. AMENDMENT 1: This RFQ has been amended to update the NAICS Code to 115310 and Standard Size to $11.5M. All other terms and conditions remain the same. (i)� This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04.� (iv)� This procurement is set aside for Local (New Mexico Only) Small Businesses.
