- REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL: 1331L523R13OS0036 HCHB Cafeteria Food Services for the Office of the Secretary, Office of Facilities and Environmental Quality (OFEQ). This RFP is being competed as a total small business set-aside in accordance with subpart FAR 19.5�Small Business Total Set-Asides, Partial Set-Asides, and Reserves. Attached is a copy of the Request for Proposal (RFP) for commercial services to provide�Cafeteria Food Services for the Department of Commerce (DOC), Office of Facilities and Environmental Quality (OFEQ). � The Government intends to award a 12-month base with four (4) succeeding option years (if exercised). The contract type contemplated is a Hybrid no-cost contract for the Herbert C. Hoover Building (HCHB) main cafeteria with a firm-fixed-price funded CLIN for the Executive Dining Room (EDR). The daily building population fluctuates with an anticipated range from 700 to 2000 persons. The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, equipment, supplies, and materials necessary to perform cafeteria services indicated in this solicitation. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) shall be used to procure the commercial cafeteria services. A small business set-aside is anticipated for this procurement. This is a total small business set-aside. The solicitation number is 1331L523R13OS0036 and it is issued as request for proposal (RFP). Please view attachments. Please read the RFP carefully and in its entirety. The corresponding NAICS code is 722310, Food Service Contractors, and the small business size standard is $47 million. Technical Inquiries and Questions Regarding Solicitation: All questions regarding the solicitation, of a contractual nature or technical nature, must be submitted in writing to Jameka Anderson, Contracting Officer, in �accordance with the instructions found on page 3, Section �2.0 Communications and Questions section of the RFP by 5:00 PM ET September 21, 2023. DOC will not consider any questions received after that date. Proposal �Submission Offerors who intend to submit proposals in response to this solicitation must respond accordance with Section 1.0 , page 3, General Instructions of the RFP. All offers must arrive NO LATER THAN 5:00 PM ET October 5, 2023.
