(ABOA): 3,530 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 7 reserved and secure Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 7 reserved and secure Full Term: 20 years Firm Term: 15 years Option Term: One 2-year renewal option Additional Requirements: Offered space must be contiguous on the same floor. Ground floor space only. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year� floodplain).
