- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR�subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The request for quote (RFQ) number is N0018923Q0609. The Government intends to solicit a Firm Fixed Price contract as a 100% small business set-aside, under the authority of FAR 13.003(b)(1). The NAICS code is 813110 and the Small Business Size Standard is 13 (million).� The proposed contract action is to procure Protestant Chapel Services for Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek Fort Story.� A detailed description of the requirement is provided in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). �Period of Performance: BASE YEAR: 14 OCTOBER 2023 � 13 OCTOBER 2024 OPTION YEAR 1: 14 OCTOBER 2024 � 13 OCTOBER 2025 OPTION YEAR 2: 14 OCTOBER 2025 � 13 OCTOBER 2026 OPTION YEAR 3: 14 OCTOBER 2026 � 13 OCTOBER 2027 OPTION YEAR 4: 14 OCTOBER 2027 � 13 OCTOBER 2028 FAR 52.217-8 6-month extension: 14 OCTOBER 2028 � 13 APRIL 2029 Delivery is FOB Destination. Delivery location is: See PWS.. Method of Payment: Wide Area Work Flow. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-05 and DFARS Publication Notice 8/17/2023. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions.
