Description

CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT for Project PSXE232025 Add Alter Facilities Pavements, at the 134th Air Refueling Wing, McGhee Tyson ANG Base, TN. Work shall be performed in accordance with (IAW) the SOW, plans and specifications. This project is set aside for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220 and the Small Business Size Standard is $45,000,000.00 in average annual receipts for the past three years. Construction project magnitude is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. Persons intending to submit a bid are strongly encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid Conference site visit. See Section 00100 for location and date. Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. The Government anticipates funds will become available prior to award as this action has been identified on the National Guard priority list. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available.
