- Description
- GATE-REPLACE BOILERS IN BLDG 302: Building 302 is located at Fort Wadsworth, part of Gateway National Recreation Area on Staten Island. Building 302 is the mechanic shop and provides heat to building 303. Currently, the boiler system does not work, both the primary 100,000 BTU and secondary 275,000 BTU gas-fired boilers are out of service. Both have failed due to a failure of the sump pump in the basement and age. Please see the attached SOW.
