- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W912L223R0005 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular, FAC 2021-06. The requirement is to provide the AZARNG a quantity of 1 - Avion Virtual Master Blade balancing kit, Part Number AV-002-001 in accordance with the Statement of Work.� Refer to the SF1449 and supplemental attachments for: List of line item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure; Place of performance, acceptance and FOB point; Applicable Provisions and Clauses, additional contract requirement(s) or terms and conditions.
