Description: 15 September 2023, Amendment 1- The purpose of this amendment is to upload a revised RFQ with an updated CLIN structure, upload a revised SOW, and extend the RFQ due date to 22 September 2023. Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, Labor, transportation, and supervision necessary to unpack, assemble, and install (1) new Conveyor Belt Chain for Dishwasher and (1) new Conveyor Type Dishwasher along with removing old system.
