Description

Pre-solicitation Notice for Fish Hatchery Muskogee, OK Solicitation number 36C10E23Q0102is issued for this pre-solicitation notice; this solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation is being conducted under FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) and in conjunction with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 112511 Finfish Farming and Fish Hatcheries. The Small Business size standard is $13.5M. The Product and Service Code F022 Natural Resources/Conservation-Fish Hatchery. This procurement is a 100% Service Disable Veteran Owned Business (SDVOSB) set aside. The solicitation will be posted within 2 business days. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) intends to award a firm-fixed price purchase order. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, considering past performance and price. This procurement will be set aside 100% for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses with valid registrations at the VA s Vendor Information Pages (VetCert) website (http://www.sba.gov) as well as valid registration at the System for Award Management, website (http://sam.gov/). Any vendor not verified and listed shall be considered non-responsive. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Benefits Administration, VR&E Department of Muskogee Regional Office.
