Description
UPDATE 18 Sept 2023:� -Questions and Answers document posted.� -Solicitation extended to 25 Sept 2023 1000 MDT. For additional information please see attached SOO and Solicitation. (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commcerical products and services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcament constitues the only solicitation' proposals are being requested and a seperate writted solicitation will not be issued.� (ii) This solicitation,�FA255023Q0061, is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a commercial product and installation acquisition of the Public Address System (PAS) Upgrade at New Boston Space Force Station, NH.� (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-04 effective 02 June 2023.� (iv) The North American Classification System (NAICS) Number is (238210) Hazarders Waste Treatment and Disposal. The small business size standard is $19.0m. The proposed acquisition is being solicited as a 100 percent small business set-aside.� (v) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired.�The contractor shall� Engineer, Design, Furnish, Install, and Test (EDFI&T) equipment upgrade of the Installation Notification & Warning System (INWS) required at New Boston SFS, NH. The equipment upgrade shall provide real- time, intelligible live voice, tone alert and pre-recorded audio alert messages as well as scalability and expandability. This project shall cover the technical objectives as identified in the attached SOO.� (vi) This procurement is a 100-percent small business set-aside. Woman-owned, service- disabled veteran-owned, small-disadvantaged businesses, HubZone small businesses, economically-disadvantaged women-owned, 8(a), and other small businesses are strongly encouraged to submit proposals. (vii) The Government intends to issue a firm- fixed-price contract to the responsible offeror whose lowest-priced and technically- acceptable proposal that conforms to the solicitation. Only technically acceptable offers will be considered. For additional information pertaining to the evaluation criteria, please reference the attached Solicitation document.� FAR 52.232-18 Availability of Funds (Apr 1984) Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government�s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. A site visit will be conducted 12 September 2023 at 1000ET. Please email BOTH Nicole Cibula and SrA Stafford (nicole.cibula@spaceforce.mil; bryan.stafford.1@spaceforce.mil) with your intent to attend the site visit at least one week prior (NLT 6 Sept 2023). See below the site visit instructions that must be completed at least one week prior in order to attend the site visit.� Site Visit Instructions: Please fill out the attached Visitor Access Application (VAA) and email it to the address listed on the form. Once this has been completed, a Vehicle Access Request (VAR) form will have to be completed as well.
