Description

Solicitation 91990024R0001 is for non-personal services. The U.S. Department of Education (Department), Institute of Education Sciences (IES) intends to award a contract to conduct evaluations of programs and strategies designed to provide all students with access to a well-rounded and enriching education in safe, healthy, and supportive environments during school and non-school hours. This Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity contract (IDIQ) will help IES design and conduct these evaluations rigorously, quickly, and efficiently. By awarding task orders to one or more contractors with appropriate experience (e.g., large-scale surveys, extraction and analysis of extant data, implementation, and impact studies), and nimbleness, IES expects to reduce the time and costs involved in starting up separate studies and to better link across them. The result is more useful and actionable information for policymakers and practitioners Written questions must be furnished to the Government no later than 10:00 AM EST on October 4, 2023; in order to ensure a timely response is provided by the solicitation closing date. Proposals are due by 10:00AM EST on October 19, 2023.� Telephone, written, or electronic request for hard copies of the solicitation documentation is discouraged. Vendors interested in this solicitation should access SAM.gov/ for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents, and solicitation amendments. Vendors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments.� This procurement is Full and Open under NAICS Code 541720.
