Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies and services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, and FAR 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is 36C25623Q1893. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotes. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-05 published in Federal Register on August 08, 2023. This solicitation is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SD/VOSB). The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 333415, with a small business size standard in employees of 1,250 employees. The PSC is 4110. All quotes shall remain valid for 120 calendar days. ***Site Visit*** The site visit for this requirement is scheduled for Friday, September 22, 2023, at 10 AM CST, Main Entrance Green Atrium, located at 4300 West 7th Street, Little Rock, AR 72205. Submission of your response shall be received no later than 12:00 PM CST, Wednesday September 27, 2023, at Orita.Jarvis@va.gov. Hand delivery will not be accepted. Questions shall be submitted no later than 12:00 noon CST, Monday, September 25, 2023.
