- (i)�This is a combined synopsis/solicitation�for�commercial products�or�commercial services�prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only�solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written�solicitation�will not be issued. (ii)�Solicitation Number: FM280532490035 **Please provide the full solicitation number on all packages** This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). (iii)�This�solicitation�document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-05 and DPN 20230817 and AFAC 2023-0707. (iv)�THIS REQUIREMENT WILL BE: FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number for this acquisition is 335999 with a size standard of 600 employees. (v)�CLIN Nomenclature. The below items have been requested for this acquisition. Comparable items of same or equal value may be accepted. CLIN 0001 � Eaton 103005747-6591 BladeUPS Extended Battery Module 12V 9AH, (Qty.) 3 CLIN 0002 � Labor to Install EMB�s, Qty. 1 CLIN 0003 � CSB HR1221W New batteries for 2) BladeUPS 12V 5AH, Qty. 80 CLIN 0004 � CSB 58ACSB-HR1234 New batteries for 3) existing EMB's 12V 9AH, Qty. 60 CLIN 0005 � Labor to remove and replace batteries (Qty.) 1 (vi)�Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: Due to the unpredictable electrical power outages and electrical power issues, the 412 Medical Group want to upgrade Edwards MTF Data Center Electrical Power Backup. The run time backup power will need to be upgraded from 60 minutes to 105 minutes on an existing Eaton Blade UPS� Series 24kW. ADDENDUM to 52.212-2, Evaluation � Commercial Items. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Any resulting contract of this RFQ will be awarded as Firm Fixed-Price. Quotes will be evaluated to determine best value. Price, features of the supply, delivery terms, and warranty terms are all factors to be considered when determining best value. If options are included the Government will evaluate offers for award purposes by adding the total price for all options to the total price for the basic requirement. The Government may determine that an offer is unacceptable if the option prices are significantly unbalanced. Evaluation of options shall not obligate the Government to exercise the option(s). A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer, mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party. Before the offer�s specified expiration time, the Government may accept an offer (or part of an offer), whether or not there are negotiations after its receipt, unless a written notice of withdrawal is received before award.
