Description

The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), Office of the Senior Procurement Executive (OSPE), on behalf of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), has a requirement for a Dust Layer Ignition Temperature Tester in accordance with the attached solicitation. Delivery shall be made within 154 days of contract award. The Government anticipates a firm fixed price contract. Award will be made in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13 to the lowest price technically acceptable vendor.�The products must meet the requirements of FAR 52.225-1 Buy American-Supplies. Questions are due by COB September 19, 2023. Quotes are due in accordance with Block 8 of the solicitation document. All correspondence must be sent via email to Daria Johnson, johnson.daria.s@dol.gov and Ericka Graham, graham.ericka@dol.gov. Amended to add responses to vendor questions.�
