- NOTICE OF AWARD. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE/PROPOSALS. On September 20, 2023; in response to the requirements of Solicitation 75N95022R00021-2, the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) awarded a Contract No. 75N95023D00022 to Actuated Medical, Inc as. an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (task order) type contract with an ordering period of five (5) years. The Government anticipates fixed-price & cost reimbursement task orders that shall be fully funded�on and after contract award. At the time of award of Contract No. 75N95023D00022, NIDA awarded Task Order No. 75N95023F00001 in the amount of $3,859.00, to meet the Guaranteed Contract Minimum amount. The total contract and obligated amount shall not exceed $35,000,000.
