- This is an acquisition for a multiple award, competitive Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity contract for design-build construction projects that will be competitively awarded via individual task orders. The Space Coast Multiple Award Construction Contract will provide a means for the execution of a broad range of maintenance, repair, and minor construction requirements under a design, design/build, design/bid/build, or just build method. Work will consist of multiple disciplines in general construction categories. It may involve design services for all aspects of general building construction including construction, modifications, and renovations of existing facilities. In-house design capability or ready access to design capability is necessary for projects including alteration and/or repair to existing infrastructure. Work may potentially involve new construction of buildings or facilities.
