From the intersection of Butler Market Rd & 27th St, south on 27th St to Reed Market Rd then west on Reed Market Rd to 15th St. From the intersection of Reed Market Rd & 15th St, south on 15th St to Knott Rd. South: From the intersection of 15th St & Knott Rd, west on Knott Rd to China Hat Rd then west on China Hat Rd to US 97. Offered space cannot be located near HAZMAT facility, low risk facilities, day care, senior citizen centers or hospitals and cannot be located within 400�-0� of public defenders, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), probation offices, Internal Revenue Service (IRS), universities, other businesses or facilities deemed unacceptable by Tenant Security for safety purposes. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year� floodplain).
