Description

Notice of Intent to Sole Source THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), United States Border Patrol (USBP), Law Enforcement Operations Directorate (LEOD), HQ Intelligence Division intends to award a firm fixed price sole source 12-month base year order (period of performance 09/30/2023 through 09/29/2024) under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 only one responsible source to: AT&T Corp 7125 Columbia Gateway Drive Columbia, MD 21046 The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 517112, Wireless Telecommunications Carriers (except Satellite). The object of this sole source award is to procure telecommunications analytical services. The requirement is for data and analytical services provided by AT&T Corp. If AT&T Corp does not do analytical work, the capability will be lost, as no other company has access to the data required. AT&T Corp will not allow any other entity besides AT&T Corp to access the raw data for analytical use. This synopsis does not constitute a solicitation; however, if any interested party believes they can meet the above requirement, it may submit a statement of capabilities. The statement of capabilities must be submitted in writing and must contain clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. If parties choose to respond, any cost associated with preparation and submission of data or any other cost incurred in response to this announcement are the sole responsibility of the respondent and will not be reimbursed by the Government.
