Description

This is not a request for quote; this is a notice of the 140th Wing's intent to award a firm fixed price purchase order on a single source basis to Halliday Technologies, Inc. pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), Contracting officers�may�solicit from one source if the�contracting officer�determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available. Items purchased will be; This requirement is for the complete annual maintenance, calibration and repair of the RT3 Friction Tester which is manufactured by Halliday Technologies, Inc. and is located at Buckley Space Force Base, CO. The requested products are proprietary to/for the Halliday Technologies, Inc. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotations. However, interested parties may identify their interests and capability statement to Christopher Stephenson at christopher.stephenson.6@us.af.mil. All responsible sources may submit a quotation and technical capabilities, which, if received within 5 calendar days of publication of this notice, shall be considered by the 140th AW. A determination by the Government not to compete the contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.�
