Description

This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT using Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 13.106-l(b) (1). The US Army Contracting Command -Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) Tenant Division, 6001 Combat Drive, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005-1846; has a requirement to procure the following service: The Defense Centers for Public Health � Aberdeen requires a maintenance contract for industrial hygiene equipment purchased in support of the Industrial Hygiene Program. This contract will include one firmware update and or battery replacement per piece of equipment, and repair of equipment as needed to restore to full functionality. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price sole source contract to Sensidyne LP (CAGE Code 63882). �The associated North America Industry Classification System (NAlCS) Code is 334516 (Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing) and the Small Business Size Standard is 1000 employees. All responses received within three businesses (3) days after date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability by responding to the requirement no later than 3:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST),�25 September 2023�with the following information: Company name.
