- THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE/PROPOSAL � Defense Health Agency (DHA) Northeastern Markets Contracting Division (NM-CD) on behalf of the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC), Audiology and Speech Center in Bethesda, MD, intends to�award a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis to�e3 Diagnostics, 3333 N Kennicott Ave. Arlington Heights IL 60004.� � The anticipated award will be made under the statutory authority permitting �Other than full and Open Competition� in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5 � Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services.� This contract is intended to meet the mission of Audiology and Speech Center�s requirement to acquire an Interacoustics Orion Chair- Orion�Reclining Rotational Vestibular Chair and VE525 3rd Generation VNG System. � The NAICS code for this requirement is 622110 General Medical and Surgical Hospitals. with a Small Business Size Standard: $47M.�This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotations.
