Description

This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT using Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 13.106-l(b) (1). The 409TH CSB RCO-Benelux; has a requirement to procure the following supply: Two (2) x IPS Container with SIPRGuard capabilities. Form factor should be 6 rack units, Outside dimensions: 13�H x 21.5�W x 36�D for 39th Signal. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price sole source contract to Trusted Systems, INC (CAGE Code 0VRM0). �The associated North America Industry Classification System (NAlCS) Code is 332999 (All Other Miscellaneous Fabricated Metal Product Manufacturing) and the Small Business Size Standard is 750 employees. All responses received within one businesses (1) day after date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability by responding to the requirement no later than 16:48 pm CET (Central Europena Time),�22 September 2023�with the following information: Company name.
