- PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE PUBLISHED.� The Federal Bureau of Investigation intends to sole source to Intersection Media Holdings, INC for advertisements placed throughout the FBI Chicago area of responsibility. This requirement is for the Chicago Field Office. Per FAR 5.207(16)(ii) all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. All capability statements or quotes shall be submitted�no later than 4pm EST on Tuesday 09/25/2023�to the Contracting Officer Katelyn Haus by email, krhaus@fbi.gov. All capability statements or quotes shall be received before the closing date and time. Sole Source Justification is available upon request.
