- The NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCI Agency) is requesting the assistance of industry to assess the availability of Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Cyber Threat Intelligence products.� The NCI Agency reference for this request is MS-422211-CTI, and all correspondence and submissions concerning this matter should include this reference. The Summary of Requirements and Survey Questions are attached. Responses shall in all cases include the name of the firm, telephone number, e-mail address, designated Point of Contact, and a NATO UNCLASSIFIED description of the capability available and its functionalities. This shall include any restrictions (e.g., export controls) for direct procurement of the various capabilities by the NCI Agency. Non-binding product pricing information is also requested as part of the questionnaire. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary or competition sensitive information contained in their response. Do NOT send your survey responses to the Department of Commerce. Please send all responses via email to the following NCI Agency Acquisition Officer:� Sumiko Duncan, Email: sumiko.duncan@ncia.nato.int� Responses are due back to the NCI Agency NLT Monday, 16 October 2023. The Market Survey is solely a request for information, to support requirements and approvals. It shall not be treated as a request for quotation or an invitation for bids. The Agency will consider and analyze all information received from this survey and may use these findings to develop a future solicitation for Cyber Threat Intelligence products. Any future solicitation would be advertised on the Agency�s bulletin board for all eligible companies to respond. Participating in this survey will not benefit, or prejudice, involvement in any future solicitation. Any response to this request shall be provided on a voluntary basis. Negative responses shall not prejudice or cause the exclusion of companies from any future procurement that may arise from this Market Survey. Responses to this request, and any information provided within the context of this survey, including but not limited to pricing, quantities, capabilities, functionalities, and requirements will be considered as information only and will not be construed as binding on NATO for any future acquisition. The NCI Agency is not liable for any expenses incurred by firms in conjunction with their responses to this Market Survey and this survey shall not be regarded as a commitment of any kind concerning future procurement of the items described.
