- ****UPDATE AS OF 21 SEPTEMBER 2023**** An Amendment (FA805123R00050003) to the solicitation has been issued to incorporate:� - Provision 52.222-46, Evaluation of Compensation for Professional Employees - Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 20 September 2023 - Attachment 3 - CDRL A001 (Updated 20 September 2023) - Attachment 4 - CDRL A002 (Updated 20 September 2023) - Attachment 5 - CDRL A003 (Updated 20 September 2023) - Attachment 6 - Section L (Instructions to Offerors) and M (Evaluation Factors) - Attachment 8 - CDRL A004 (new CDRL) - Attachment 9 - Professional Employee Compensation Plan and to extend the proposal due date to 25 September 2023 at 12:00PM CDT. Several software applications� have been developed to execute, manage, and train the various aspects of AFCEC/CXX. Amendment 2 - On 24 August, a second updated Attachment 2 Pricing Sheet has been added to change the formulas to include the 6 month extension amounts for tabs Summary, Overhead Breakdown and Profit Breakdown.
