- THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS TO NOTIFIY THE PUBLIC THAT SOLICITATION W9127823R0051 WILL POST AT �PIEE.EB.MIL on 22 September 2023. W9127823R0051 � PERFORM O&M WITH INCIDENTAL REPAIR AND MINOR CONSTRUCTION FOR HEALTHCARE FACILITIES AT DWIGHT DAVID EISENHOWER ARMY MEDICAL CENTER (DDEAMC) IN SUPPORT OF THE DEFENSE HEALTH AGENCY (DAH) PROGRAM, FORT GORDON (FORT EISENHOWER),GEORGIA THIS PROJECT IS ADVERTISED ON AN UNRESTRICTED BASIS THE NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) CODE FOR THIS PROJECT IS 236220. This project will be a Stand-Alone ""C"" Type, Firm Fixed Price, Best Value Tradeoff,Operation & Maintenance (O&M) with incidental Repair and Minor Construction contract. A detailed project description and overall project performance requirements will be included in the solicitation package. This acquisition will consist of full-service O&M of real property facilities, and repair and minor construction as it relates to the O&M mission. There will be a site visit and pre-proposal conference around 4 October 2023. The site visit information will be included in the solicitation package. Registration should be completed one week prior to the issue date. It is therefore the Contractor's responsibility to monitor the website daily for the solicitation to be posted, and for any posted changes or amendments to this solicitation.
