All submissions must meet the salient characteristics of the solicitation. 2. Is this project / RFQ open to all or just reserved for women disabled veteran owned small business? We do sell to wdvosb entities so either way would still present an opportunity for us. ANSWER: This is an unrestricted solicitation.
