2 x Inspektor (or equal) Borescopes with Monitors for the Fargo VAMC: 36C26323Q1199 *** THIS REQUIREMENT HAS BEEN SET ASIDE FOR CERTIFIED SDVOSBs *** The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO 23), St. Paul, Minnesota is soliciting proposals for two Inspektor (or equal) borescopes with monitors. Offerors must be certified as SDVOSBs and able to provide all requirements in the Product Specifications to the Fargo VAMC in Fargo, ND. Proposal prices must be fair and reasonable and in the best interest of the Government in order to be considered. This solicitation is open until 12:00 PM Central Daylight Time (CDT) on Monday, 25 September 2023. Interested offerors will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from the Contract Opportunities website (https://www.sam.gov) and for submitting their proposal via email before the solicitation closes to Matthew Rose at Matthew.Rose3@va.gov and Ray Holman at Raymond.Holman@va.gov. Questions related to this solicitation must be emailed to Ray Holman at Raymond.Holman@va.gov and received by 12:00 PM CDT on Wednesday, 20 September 2023. Replies to questions received by this deadline will be included in a Q&A amendment to the solicitation posted on the SAM website. Questions received after this deadline will not be answered. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management (SAM), Offerors must be registered in SAM. Offerors may obtain SAM information at https://www.sam.gov. To be eligible for award, Offerors must be registered (registration is free) in the SAM database. NAICS Code is 339113 (Surgical supplies except medical instruments manufacturing) with a Small Business Size Standard of 800 employees. The classification code is 6515 (Medical and surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies). All responsible sources must submit a valid proposal in accordance with the requirements outlined in Block 20 of the first page of the solicitation to be considered.
