- UPDATED DESCRIPTION AMENDMENT 0003 The U.S. Geological Survey has a requirement for WIRE WEIGHT GAGES IN ACCORDANCE WITH STATEMENT OF WORK, DRAWINGS AND WORKMANSHIP DOCUMENT to be delivered to the USGS Hydrologic Instrumentation Facility, Stennis Space Center, MS 120 days After Receipt of Order (see schedule on Statement of Work). Request for Quote (RFQ) 140G0123Q0162 will be issued on or about 08/01/2023 with written quotes due on or about 08/15/2023 at 8:00 AM ED. Amendment 0001 to Request for Quote (RFQ) 140G0123Q0162 will be issued on or about 08/15/2023. Amendment 0001 extends the due date of quotes to 08/23/2023 at 08:00 AM ED. Please see Amendment 0001 for all the updates and changes. Amendment 0002 to Request for Quote (RFQ) 140G0123Q0162 will be issued on or about 08/28/2023. Amendment 0002 extends the due date of quotes to 09/07/2023 at 08:00 AM ED. Please see Amendment 0002 for all the updates and changes. Amendment 0003 to Request for Quote (RFQ) 140G0123Q0162 will be issued on or about 09/21/2023. Amendment 0003 extends the due date of quotes to 10/03/2023 at 08:00 AM ED, adds FAR Clause 52.232-18, and dissolves the small business set aside. Please see Amendment 0003 for all the updates and changes. There are two options lines included in this requirement. This requirement will be awarded under FAR Part 13.5 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This acquisition is FULL AND OPEN. The NAICS code is 334513. The size standard is 750 employees. The anticipated award date of the contract is 10/15/2023. A vendor must be registered at https://sam.gov/ to be awarded the purchase order. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Responses MUST be submitted via email to jwalsh@usgs.gov.
